Das Aerial Yoga Handbuch Teil 1 is Here!

Exciting news! The Aerial Yoga Manual Vol.1 is now available in German!

This past year, aerial yogi and translator, Katharina Rinn, has been hard at work at the translation, and it is here and done. This manual is currently only offered on Lulu.com. Heads up: Lulu often has sales around the holidays (such as Easter coming up) which would be a good time to snag a deal on this or any of Rebekah’s aerial dance manuals. Here’s the link for Das Aerial Yoga Handbuch Teil 1:

What’s Aerial Yoga All About?

For 2015, we are featuring one new Aerial Yoga Sequence each month in our video library, led by various teachers. One of our teachers is Amy Tynan. I love her sequences because she knows how to flow. Her sequences tend to be faster paced. They get the blood and breath moving! Her roots are strong in yoga. As a consequence, her alignment is always right on par. Let’s sit down for a moment and get to know Aerial Yoga through Amy’s eyes. If you are a paying member, you can view her sequences under the “Aerial Yoga” tab in our video library. More to come throughout the year!

Christine Van Loo Visits

Happy Valentine’s Day! In celebration, I thought we’d share a little lovin’ with our favorite aerialist of all time: Christine Van Loo. She is sweet, warm-hearted, a wonderful coach, an inspiring performer, and she recently made a visit to AerialDancing.com Headquarters. Yay! Christine was in town for a performance with Cirque de la Symphonie and we snagged some time with her. We filmed several new moves and some sequences that will be posted over the next couple months. In fact, the first one is up as of today! For those with a paying membership, check it out here. (Please note: you must be logged in to your paying account for the video link to work.)
