Level: Level 3
This is one of my favorite transitions to do and teach! It looks really hard, and it is definitely a level 3 move, but it's not a level 4 move! It is much more about technique than strength or flexibility, and those are the sorts of moves that intrigue me the most. You have to place your body in just the right positioning for this work. Otherwise, it will sure feel like a level 4 move!
The secret is in the butt. Think about getting your hips high, just barely passing your arm and close to the bar.
