In this Sun Salutation A, you will find the following sequence of moves:

  • Inhale arms up
  • exhale forward fold
  • inhale look up lengthen
  • exhale plank
  • inhale
  • exhale lower
  • inhale cobra/updog
  • exhale forward fold
  • inhale plank/switch feet
  • exhale forward fold
  • inhale reverse swan dive

This Sun Salutation is done with the foot in the sling behind the body. This will challenge your balance as you warm up the central nervous system along with the rest of your body.
